Dentures
Dentures are removable appliances that replace natural teeth. The Carolina Center for Advanced Dentistry only uses the finest dental labs to custom make dentures for each patient individually. The dentures are made out of a flesh colored acrylic base that is shaded to match the color of your gum tissue for a natural effect. This base is used to support fabricated teeth which are either made of porcelain, acrylic, or composite. Our forward thinking dentists most often prefer the composite teeth because they are the strongest of the three. Our dentures are made over the course of several visits, as we take custom impressions and have them shaped to match the structure and form of your individual mouth.
Partial Dentures
Partial dentures are only an option for our patients who still have one or more of their natural teeth. Our Removable Partial Dentures are designed to cover only a part of your mouth. These partial dentures can replace a single tooth or several missing teeth. They are held in place with clasps that secure to your natural teeth. As with our partial dentures, again, the Carolina Center for Advanced Dentistry dentists use a state of the art dental lab to fabricate these removable appliances ensuring a natural appearance with a custom fit that will help maintain the structural integrity of your face.
